R&D Process Engineer

Your Tasks:

•  Provide Configuration Management (CM) process support to R&D projects;
•  Work with project teams to identify CM process needs based on standard process and industry standards;
•  Establish the defined CM process and setup tool environment in projects;
•  Regularly verify and manage configuration items and conduct baseline audits as per ASPICE;
•  Support projects in achieving the defined goals (e.g: ASPICE, IATF);
•  Setup customized solutions for CM tools (using any one of the scripting languages like Python, VBA, Java scripts);
•  Automate and improve activities to ensure process efficiency and provide trainings to projects as needed.

Your profile:

• Education: Engineering Degree (Electronics/Mechanical/Computer/System) min 3 years of working experience in process implementation
Skills;
•  Good experience in configuration and implementation of ALM tools (ex: PTC, DOORS) is highly advantageous;
•  Hands on experience in Reports, Triggers, Dashboards, Charts and Queries;
•  Good knowledge in configuration management process;
•  Experience of working with ASPICE process model is expected;
•  Working in a multi-cultural team environment;
•  Knowledge in any one of the scripting languages – Python, VBA, Java;
•  Knowledge of software engineering and development life cycle;
•  Detail-oriented and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
