• VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Training
• CQI 14 Guarantee Administration
• CQI 8 Layered Process Audit
• Management of Multidisciplinary groups
• Knowledge of OEM customer portals 
• IATF 16949 & ISO 14011
• Redex & Green belt methologies
• Leadership and Communication
