Requirements:

  • Business or Supply Chain Degree or related career.
  • Experience in similar position (5 years), automotive industry preferably. 
  • Advanced English.
  • Supply Chain Experience.
  • Customer Portals
  • QAD/ SAP
  • Experience with managing projects.
  • Office (Advanced Excel)
  • Knowledge in escalation process
  • Knowledge in IATF 16949
  • Knowledge in ISO 14001 and 45001
  • Leadership, communication, Teamwork and negotiation

Responsabilites:

  • Develop and build relationship with assigned customers promoting integrity and trust vital solid customers satisfaction
  • Monitor and trach day to day activites to ensure on time delivery and quality product
  • Act as liason between assigined customers and the company to assure obligations 
  • Ensure Material, equipment and manpower resourse requirements are in place to meet customers demands
  • Visit customers locations
  • Develop systems and best practices to ensure performance levels are maintained
