About the Team

Manufacturing Engieering Department is part of the multidisciplinary team that work together for process design and optimization for final assembly line. The support is given to different customers lines and each customer has its own requierement that team needs to follow up. Our team is focused to improved and help operation to increase the outuput of the assembly lines.  

What you can look forward to as Manufacturing Engineer

• Develop and improvement of manufacturing process. 
• Create documentation. 
• Identify opportunity areas for improvement and supported by cross-functional team (design, quality, maintenance, production, controls). 
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis. 
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions. 
• Process optimization with data.
• Analyze daily production.

• Knowledge in Assembly process for Automotive Industry
• GD&T
• Electrical Diagrams
• Capex
• PLC´s (Allen Bradley and Fanuc)
• VIsion Systems (Cognex and Keyence)
• Core tools (MSA, SPC, APQP, AMEF, PPAP, Control Plan)
• Problem Solving Methology (5W & 8Ds)
• IATF 16949 & ISO 14011
• Engineering Changes
• Lean Manufacturing 
• AtlasCopco tools
