What you can look forward to as Materials Planner

•    Carry out MRP run to explode customer requirements and generate requirements to suppliers.
•    Schedule, track and ensure the availability of materials for production. Develop corrective actions in case of deviation.
•    Generate the Critical Material report daily and follow up on those who have coverage with risk of shortages in the plant.
•    Monitor and alert about potential risks in the supply chain that could affect the timely flow of components to the plant.
•    Periodic lasing of the components based on the ABC/XYZ classification.
•    Maintaining planning parameters, based on ABC/YXZ classification.
•    Monitoring and control of inventory levels and coverage of the components in charge. Take corrective actions in case of deviation from the objective.
 
 

Your Profile as Materials Planner

•    Industrial Engineering, Mechanic, or related career.
•    Experience in similar position (3 years), automotive industry preferably. 
•    Advanced English.
•    Logistic Knowledge (APAC).
•    8Ds.
•    Engineering Changes.
•    QAD (Similar ERP).
•    Tactical Planning, Detailed Planning.
•    Office (Advanced Excel)
•    General Planning Knowledge
•    Inventory Control
•    Leadership, communication, Teamwork and negotiation
