The Quality Control Department in ZF Group plays a critical role in ensuring the excellence, reliability, and safety of every vehicle produced by our company. Our team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards across all stages of the manufacturing process, from raw materials to final assembly.

What you can look forward to as Diagnosis Engineer?
 • Customer Complaint Analysis; Investigate and analyze technical issues reported by clients, dealerships, or service centers. Use diagnostic tools to reproduce and identify root causes of field issues impacting customer satisfaction.
 • On-Site Diagnostic Support; Provide direct technical support to dealers or customers in cases of complex or unresolved vehicle issues. Assist in resolving warranty or product quality claims through precise diagnosis and documentation.
 • Technical Reporting and Communication; Prepare clear, client-friendly technical reports explaining issues, root causes, and corrective actions. Translate complex technical findings into actionable feedback for non-technical stakeholders (e.g., sales, service managers).
 • Warranty and Field Issue Management; Review warranty data to prioritize and address high-impact client concerns. Work with Quality and Customer Experience teams to resolve critical field issues quickly and professionally.
 • Customer-Centric Problem Solving; Approach diagnostics with a strong emphasis on reliability, safety, and the overall ownership experience. Ensure rapid response and resolution timelines for issues that directly affect customer confidence in the brand.

Your Profile as Diagnosis Engineer:
 • Similar position with 2 years of experience in Quality or Engineering area
 • Solving Problems Methologies (RedX o Six Sigma)
 • GD&T
 • Handling of electrical and Mechanical Tools
 • Measuring Instruments ( Oscilloscope, multimeter)
 • Core tools (MSA, SPC, APQP, AMEF, PPAP)
 • Knowledge of OEM customer portals (Tesla, Volvo, Stellantis, Nissan, Ford, GM and BMW)
 • English Advanced
 • CANape/ CANalyzer
 • Visa and Passport (required)
