The Controls Engineering team is focused on supporting and improving manufacturing processes through automation and advanced control systems. The team collaborates closely with production, maintenance, and quality to ensure efficiency and reliability in operations. They work with cutting-edge technologies including robotics, vision systems, and industrial networks. This role offers strong exposure to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you can look forward to as Controls Engineer

• Develop, program, and maintain PLC and HMI systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley).
• Support automation systems including robotics (KUKA, Fanuc) and vision systems.
• Perform root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, PDCA, A3.
• Work on industrial networking and system integration.
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a production environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (LOTO procedures).

Your Profile as Controls Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• Experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley) and LabVIEW.
• Knowledge of HMI systems, motion control (Rexroth, Allen Bradley).
• Experience with robotics (KUKA, Fanuc) and vision systems (Cognex, Keyence).
• Knowledge of industrial networks and control systems.
• Experience in root cause analysis methodologies (8D, PDCA, A3).
• Project management knowledge.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
