What can you look forward to as Advance Manufacturing Engineer:

• Support global Design for Assembly processes, including validation of assumptions, documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement (lessons learned, workshops).
• Lead industrialization activities for new products/processes, including risk assessment, layouts , Lean Line Design) prototypes, and plant launch support.
• Define and develop equipment and tooling specifications in collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing Engineering; support supplier selection.
• Ensure plant capacity alignment by validating equipment availability and output vs. demand using tools like Power BI. (Nice to have)
• Manage capital and quotation processes (AMEs), including cost modeling for tooling, equipment, labor, capacity, and launch timing.
• Drive equipment build tracking, machine qualification and Global development process gate reviews, ensuring technical readiness (cycle time, quality, delivery).
• Develop and maintain PFMEA, manufacturing process documentation (flows, instructions), and support CTQ and change management processes.

Your Profile as Advance Manufacturing Engineer:    

• Engineering / Min 5 years work experience with Industrialization and Process Engineer background
• Complex Assembly knowledge  / New launches experiences is mandatory
• Project management skills – APQP experience.
• Strong manufacturing background (Lean/Continuous Improvement, PFMEA, MSA, TPM, Core Tools, etc.)
• Leadership skills (multidisciplinary team and suppliers)
• Fluent English written and spoken
• Nice to have: Work experience in AME (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) background process specific
• AMERICAN VISA is a required.
