What you can expect as a Quality Leader (m/f/d):

• Drive Quality culture in the Plant and develop Plant Quality Team (capabilities, capacity, succession planning)
• Assess needed resources, plan and execute headcount & budgets, ensure effectiveness
• In alignment with Regional Quality Leader and Plant Management develop and deploy Quality strategy for the Plant using right quality tools, methods and capabilities to achieve targeted Quality objectives
• Detect potential Quality risks on the plant level and ensure mitigation
• Execute internal audit system for the plant (system, product and process), ensure governance and track to closure
• Ensure Plant compliance with quality management systems standards (IATF 16949 etc.) and customer specific requirements
• Drive customer communication for critical customer claims/ Quality problems
• Drive supplier quality improvement program in alignment with Regional Supplier Management Leader and Global Operations SQA
• Escalate within or beyond the Plant (when needed) and ensure execution of needed actions for Quality problem resolution
• Drive failure prevention and save product launch for new industrialization projects (APQP)
• Execute Production Part Approval (PPAP)
  
  

Your profile as a Quality Leader (m/f/d):

• Quality automotive background and experience, product and production knowledge 
• Experience in leading teams or projects
• Be able to drive strong customer focus and build customer relationship
• Knowledge on problem solving approach (QRQC, 8D) and Quality tools (e. g  FMEA, Ishikawa Diagram, Six Sigma) 
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3
• Accountability and passion, leadership attitude, ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical, decision making and communication skills
• Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
