The Quality team is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer requirements, product specifications, and internal quality standards. We work closely with Production, Engineering, and Logistics to prevent defects, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement. Our focus is on customer satisfaction and achieving the plant’s quality objectives.

  

We are hiring a Quality Management Intern to join our team in Monterrey.

 

What you can expect as a Quality Mangement Intern: 

  • Provide support to the Quality Engineer on issues related to manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and update visual aids and work instructions.
  • Assist with process documentation and standardization.
  • Collect and analyze data for quality performance indicator tracking.
  • Prepare reports, charts, and Pareto diagrams.Participate in activities related to MSA (Measurement System Analysis), capability studies (Cp/Cpk), and statistical analysis.
  • Support continuous improvement projects on production lines.

 

 

Your profile as a Quality Management Intern

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.Ability to document processes and create visual aids and work instructions.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work systematically.Interest in learning quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proactive, with strong communication skills and a fast learning ability.
  • Intermediate English level
  • Power BI desired
