Key Responsibilities
Support Quality Engineers with facilitating ASPICE assessments as per the assessment schedule and coaching engineering function
Assess quality of engineering service providers and partners on demand
Support the review results performed by the QAPE teams in regions
Support in the definition, capture, and analysis of metrics pertaining to projects/products
Support with the transfer of knowledge and best practices across teams and projects
Support bi-monthly/weekly Status Reporting
Report and track internal and external stakeholder issues as appropriate
Support with the transfer of knowledge and best practices a ross teams and projects
Track and report project progress from Quality standpoint
Provide support to the Project Team (action tracking, problem solving, etc.) as needed


Skills & Experience
Actively seeking a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Electronics, Mechatronics, Project Management, Quality)
3.0 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale
Knowledge of lean engineering principles and quality standards
Familiarity with some Engineering Standards e.g. ASPICE, d/sFMEA, Functional Safety ISO26262, VDA, IATF, V-model preferred 
Knowledge of software, hardware, and interaction of ECUs as system
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis tools (Fault Tree Analysis, Pareto, Statistical Tools, Shainin, etc.)
Basic analytical and decision-making skills
Must be well-organized
Strong leadership and negotiating skills

 

Availability 
*Candidate must be available for a minimum of 20 hours from January-May and 30-40 hours from May-August*
