What can you expect as a Plant Quality Engineer:

•    Review and coordinate internal and external audits, follow-up corrective action plans, report status internally and externally.
•    Assure implementation of IATF16949 , customer specific and ZF system requirements.
•    Implementation of central Quality tools promote Quality awareness into the plant. 
•    Moderate meetings with external and corporate auditors.
•    Plan, lead and perform internal audits to ensure compliance of Quality System with internal and external requirements.  
•    Ensures completion on time of corrective actions derived from non-conformities, opportunities. 
•    Systematically analyze trends, results, to identify areas of improvement.  
•    Reports Audit results, Quality System performance to Top Management. 
•    Participate in Divisional Audits to other plants as required.  

• Ensures Document process is carried out according to internal/ external regulations.

•    Maintain the Quality System documentation up to date. 
•    Lead initiatives to improve quality management processes and documentation. 
•    Periodically report results to Management, systematically analyze and improve the quality system. 
•    Deployment and training in of quality system tools such are: Layer process audits, product audits, VDA, BIQS, CQIs, etc. 
•    Analytical problem solving, team building, and decision-making skills.
•    Standardize best practices in the plant quality management system. 

Your profile as a Plant Quality Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree preferably industrial, electrical or mechanical engineering
• Experience in quality standards of the automotive industry as IATF, BIQ, VDA, COIs, LPAS
• Abilities such as: Problem resolution, decision making, strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Certified as an Internal Auditor or external auditor
• Softwares: Ms Office, Visio
