Quality Engineer

Your task：

•    Responsible for Senai manufacturing plant overall Quality Management System & Environmental Management System.

•    Authorize in developing procedures, processes, standards, and systems to support the QMS & EMS development & align with corporate/regional new process release.

•    Lead & perform external and internal audits across all areas of the business. Manage the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised against certification bodies during audits are effectively corrected & on time closure of audit findings.

•    Maintain QMS and EMS certification & effectiveness of the location, make continuous improvement by well plan audit frequency on the manufacturing plant.

•    Responsible for quality assurance management for products from both internal and external providers i.e. liaise with China suppliers for systematic improvement actions/ 8D or support supplier quality management audit.

Your profile ： 

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent 
• Minimum 3 years working experience in quality manufacturing environment or automotive industry
• Qualified with ISO9001 & ISO14001 internal auditor, familiar with IATF 16949:2016/VDA 6.3 
• Ability to confidently interact with individual at all levels of authority, and maintain composure in dynamic and pressure situation 
• Good verbal and written communication skills & good team player who is proactive and independent
• Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint) 
• Familiar with quality control methods, which are frequently-used (such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D Report and problem-solving techniques, etc.)
