We are currently expanding our Operation teams in Qingdao and looking for new colleagues who will join our team.

Your tasks:

Manage deployment program for all production and planning related activities in order to implement Six Sigma lean enterprise at Qingdao pilot operation.
Build specialized knowledge in lean implementation working with Group LPO.
Conduct workshops and training as required.
Deliver deployment and business targets specified by pilot steering committee

Your profile:

Promotable/high potential.
Fluent English; Engineering Graduate.
Enthusiastic & Openminded; Proven Project Mgt Skills.
3~5 Yrs at multinational corporation.
Manufacturing experience.
