We are looking for a new colleague for the purchasing team of Div B located in Qingdao.

Main task:

• Lead to set up and implement purchasing strategy aligned with Domain purchasing Mgr.  
• Frame contracts management with suppliers to secure our business.
• Purchasing reporting and analysis as request.

Your tasks:

• Support purchasing strategy set up and implementation globally.
• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers, negotiate prices and initiate cost reduction activities with suppliers.
• Provide strong support to global plants to ensure optimal cost effective balance of local and global sourcing options, and negotiate for local and global demand.
• NPI sourcing strategy implementation and sourcing decision on time.
• Maintain part number creation and prices in local ERP system.
• Evaluate supplier performance in term of quality, price , technology, delivery and project development.
• Benchmark to look for the best cost souring options to keep us competitive.
• Responsible for providing purchasing reports and purchasing analysis as request.
• Undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Your profile:

• More than 2 years' work experience in the field of purchase and project management.
• Experience with MRP system will be an added advantage.
• Good team player who is proactive, independent & resourceful.
• Able to work under stress in a fast paced environment.
• Fluent English in both written and oral.
• Good knowledge in purchase processes and project management. 
• Experience in contract/price negotiations and sourcing.
