Your Tasks

• Lead application projects to mass production in accordance with our internal processes (GDPEP) ;
• Define program scope, timing and baseline, project team and SteerCo. Members. Lead the cross-functional project team; Establish the program timing plan based on the program milestones requirement; 
• Report the program status to leaders and update the program report;
• Escalate the program issues to leaders on time to ensure the program smooth run; 
• Manage project budget and financial KPI's to ensure profitability of the project.

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree is a must; Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background is preferable;  
• At least 3+ years PM working experience with full program lifecycle run in Automotive industry, having global program experience; 
• Good English skill at both oral and writing; Germany is a plus;
• Logic thoughts, good communication skills and team player, fast learning;
• Strong communication, personality / resilience, initiative, cultural competence.
