    • Team member is an AME Global Expert
     
Each of this role is crucial part of the team with high focus on proper Technology/Processes implemementation and respect to standards.
High adaptability and quick ability to changes with proper topic solving is important and supported. 
Team member is not alone, but has to be able to deliver performance.

Your Profile as Manufacturing Expert:

• Capacity analysis for projects
• Standardization / preparation of RFQs and RFIs , Technical specifications
• Adaptation to Industry 4.0
• MES, ERP implementation (SAP)
• Strong engineering background with a focus on mechanical engineering, process engineering, technology procurement or other relevant areas.(5+ years)
• Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Experience in implementing new manufacturing technologies.
• Organizational, mentoring, leadership & self-organization skills
• English skills
• Willingness to work in heterogenous, worldwide teams

• Operational Efficiency and Cost Management: Spearheading initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce operational costs, and maximize productivity. This includes implementation of continuous improvement methodologies such as Technology and Innovation Leadership: Championing the integration of cutting-edge technologies and state-of-the-art equipment to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation in manufacturing processes. This includes staying abreast of industry trends and advancements, and evaluating their applicability to current operations.
• Regulatory Compliance and Safety Oversight: Ensuring all processes comply with stringent industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. This involves developing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Mentorship and Team Development: Providing leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. This includes developing training programs, facilitating knowledge sharing, and promoting best practices.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilizing data analytics and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making and process improvements. This involves collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, measure process performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Implementation of Digitalization: Integrating digital technologies and intelligent systems into manufacturing processes to enhance monitoring, control, and optimization of production. Cooperation in the implementation of MES systems.
• CAPEX standardization: Support creation of standards for the preparation of RFQs and RFIs & Technical specification.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various departments such as R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure seamless integration of processes and alignment with overall business goals. This includes participating in cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
• Collaboration and Networks: Developing and maintaining partnerships with other companies, research institutions, and suppliers to share know-how, enhance innovation, and improve the overall performance of the industry.
