岗位职责:

岗位职责:  

  • 生产设备维修维护管理
  • 支持生产活动改进
  • 执行设备改善保持设备工作在良好状态

 

岗位要求:

  • 维修维护生产设备及相关设备
  • 执行自主维护（AM）和预防性维护（PM）标准，实施AM和PM活动
  • 分析机器故障的根本原因并采取预防措施
  • 管理VS内部的备件
  • 确定、领导设备改善活动，并支持VS内部的其他生产改善活动
  • 支持新机器的安装、调试工作
  • 遵循电力/机械安全意识和LOTO（锁定挂牌）程序
  • 与PQE,PTL,ME 协作完成业务改善工作

 

经验要求:

  • 大专及以上学历，电气自动化相关专业

 

能力要求:

  • 擅长电气、气动、液压系统的维修及保养
  • 擅长使用西门子或欧姆龙的PLC的编程及程序故障的查找
  • 熟悉使用Atlas 及马头扭矩枪的参数的设置及问题分析
