About the Team

Central team covered different braking system products(ASB Solenoid Valve, CVL, ECAS SV,EBS AxMo4) in CVS, mainly work with cross functions and production unit team to control and improve process quality performance,  Team localization: Qingdao

What you can look forward to as Lead Process Quality Engineer

• Drive Quality culture inside production units (awareness session)
• Identify and ensure mitigation of Quality risks
• Own or support Continuous Improvement Plan inside production units
• Ensure Read Across, best practices sharing among production units
• Verify Quick Response and effective problem solving in case of claims, lead Customer communication
• Coordinate customer 0km complaints - 8D, QRQC
• Ensure internal problem solving (In production) 
• Responsible customer PPAP submission and change approve

Your Profile as Lead Process Quality Engineer

• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Quality function
• Automotive experience in matrix environment 
• Knowledge of Quality tools ( e.g. FMEA/Audits)
• Knowledge of ISO/TQM/Six Sigma
• Workable English skills both in speaking and writing
