About the Team

The role focuses on providing comprehensive technical support, including advising and training customers and internal sales teams, performing on-site operations, and maintaining detailed technical documentation. It also involves conducting technical expertise for internal and external requests, proposing solutions, and supporting quotations and process improvements. Additionally, the position requires organizing and delivering technical training while ensuring compliance with established standards. Finally, the role includes managing warranty and non‑compliance cases, coordinating part returns, and collaborating with factories on complex issues. We are looking for a trainer for our ZF products especially for the Wabco brand. 

What you can look forward to as Trainer (m//f/d) mechanical and electronical products:

• Prepare and conduct trainings.
• Produce training materials and adapt the content to the needs of the participants.
• Assess achievements and ensure pedagogical follow-up.
• As a trainer, you will also be responsible for providing technical support to customers and for handling some contentious cases with them.

Your Profile as Trainer (m//f/d) mechanical and electronical products:

• Technical academic background
• Technical knowledge, ideally in electric and electronic products
• Understand English language, ideally be able to speak English
• Fluent in French
