Join our dynamic Business Development team within ZF Aftermarket’s Digital Solutions division. We are dedicated to accelerating growth by forging, scaling, and managing strategic ecosystem partnerships across Europe. Our mission is to shape ZF’s digital future through high-impact collaborations in the fleet and workshop technology sectors. We operate at the intersection of innovation, business strategy, and digital transformation—always focused on co-creating value with our partners.

 

What you can look forward to as Senior Business Development – Strategic Partnerships:

  • Develop and execute a strategic ecosystem partnership roadmap aligned with digital product and GTM strategies.
  • Identify and engage partners in sectors like insurance, telematics, mobility, and software platforms across Europe.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential partnerships to unlock new customer segments and revenue channels.
  • Lead deal structuring, negotiation, and closure, ensuring commercial and technical alignment.
  • Drive co-creation of joint solutions, including API integrations and data-sharing models.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Innovation teams.
  • Represent partner interests internally to influence ZF’s digital product roadmap and priorities.
  • Monitor market trends, benchmark competitors, and continuously refine partnership strategy.


Your profile as Senior Business Development – Strategic Partnerships:

  • 10+ years in business development or strategic partnerships within digital or consultative B2B environments.
  • Experience driving new market access and revenue through complex partner ecosystems; automotive experience is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across seniority levels and functions.
  • Proven track record in executing end-to-end partnership deals with measurable outcomes.
  • Skilled in managing multiple initiatives with strong prioritization and planning abilities.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on scalable, outcome-oriented solutions.
  • Excellent communication,dynamic hunter profile and focused on performance and results oriented.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% to support partnership activities.
