Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Fleet Management & Business Development professional to join our team at ZF Aftermarket France. This role is crucial in supporting existing business and developing/executing customer strategies to capture future business potentials within the area of responsibility.
The Sales Fleet Management & Business Development team at ZF Aftermarket France is responsible for managing customer relationships and promoting the full range of products and services offered by the ZF Group. The team works closely with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient operations.
What you can look forward to as Sales Representative:
- Identify the largest truck and trailer fleets in the subregion.
- Organize visits to these fleets with targeted annual numbers: Identify fleet profiles and build strong relationships with the fleets. Upload identified data to ZF’s system to make the fleets visible on a global platform. Identify spare part and service sourcing behavior of the fleet.
- Increase ZF product awareness and expand our share of market (SoM) within the fleets through a pull effect. Organize product awareness trainings, technical trainings, and fleet events.
- Increase awareness of ZF Pro Service Network and create a business relationship between Pro Service and the fleets. Identify and report development needs in the Pro Service network for locations where large fleets are located. Initiate the signing of service agreements between Pro Service and the fleet.
- Increase the visibility of the ZF distributor network inside the fleets. Identify and report development needs in the distributor network for locations where large fleets are located.
- Identify additional business opportunities by creating product or service initiatives for ZF: Collaborate with the category team for product initiatives and with the workshop team for service initiatives.
- Achieve an incremental sales target set by the CV business line regional fleet management.
Your Profile as Sales Representative:
- Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field with solid product expertise
- At least 10 years of international experience in the automotive aftermarket business.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act entrepreneurially to drive business growth.
- Customer and Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of customer structures, market setup, and dynamics in the subregion/country.
- Deep understanding of the automotive and industrial business, including market trends and innovations.
- Strong regional networking skills and the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Natural authority and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others in a multicultural context.
