We are seeking a Sales Administration Agent to join our team at ZF Aftermarket France. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and providing exceptional support to our customers.
The Sales Administration team at ZF Aftermarket France is responsible for managing administrative activities related to sales and logistics. The team works closely with various internal departments, customers, and external service providers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
What you can look forward to as Sales Administration Agent:
- Provide an interface between the sales force and customers.
- Ensure the support and rapid processing of activities before (requests, quotes, offers, orders) and after-sales (invoices, returns, complaints) in compliance with internal formalities and processes.
- Participate in the coordination of logistics flows.
- Maintain constant contact with customers to inform, reassure, and retain them.
- Use the CRM tool to ensure the correct support and follow-up of all customer requests.
- Cooperate with the company's cross-functional departments (accounting, technical, factories).
- Participate in work to optimize processes, tools, and good practices.
Your profile as Sales Administration Agent:
- Bac + 2, Bac Pro, BTS or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in using ERP/CRM systems, especially SAP.
- Fluency in French and very good level of English.
- Knowledge of purchasing and logistics operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
