About the team:

We are reinforcing our Facility Management, EHS and Fleet Services team at our location in Puteaux, France.

In this role, you will ensure the efficient management of facility services, company fleet, purchasing activities, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) operations. You will act as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external service providers, contributing to operational excellence and cost optimization.

What you can look forward to as Facility, EHS and Fleet Management Specialist (m/f/d):

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company vehicle fleet, including leasing contracts, allocations, and returns
• Negotiate and optimize fleet-related contracts (leasing, insurance, tyres) and monitor associated costs
• Oversee fuel cards, parking subscriptions, claims management, and fleet documentation
• Coordinate and monitor General Services contracts (cleaning, maintenance, waste management, inspections)
• Support office relocation and workspace reorganization projects, including inventory management
• Act as local purchasing representative, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines and managing supplier creation
• Monitor site-related expenses, including corporate credit card usage and cost tracking
• Ensure local implementation, monitoring, and reporting of EHS regulations and standards

Your profile as Facility, EHS and Fleet Management Specialist (m/f/d):

• Minimum Associate Degree (Bac+2) or equivalent
• Proven experience in general services, fleet management, purchasing, or EHS coordination
• Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and supplier relations
• Proficiency in MS Office and general administrative tools
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• High level of adaptability, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
• Service-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
