Team Leader Aftermarket Competence Center India

Your Tasks:

  • Manage, supervise and evolve the regional operations in the cross-functional Competence Center of the Aftermarket Division of ZF Group
  • Build an environment to provide centralized services to de-localize activities in the single countries of the Aftermarket Division in India
  • Liaison with the fellow regional leaders (esp. Europe, Americas)
  • Develop strategic footprint roadmaps with the Vice Presidents of the domains (e.g. Finance, Marketing, Operations) and their regional domain leads
  • Own the business case for relocations and ramp-up of new competencies
  • Scout feasibility of new locations / sites and govern the regional footprint
  • Deliver the ‘supply side’ of the services agreed
  • Support to shape end-to-end business processes to be de-localized
  • Establish effective ways to allocate & charge cost to internal customers
  • Explore opportunities to automate processes and other ways to lower average hourly rates of the AM-CC 
  • Develop the AM-CC staff in the sites in scope

 
Your Profile:

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
  • Strategy Management / Consulting background, with 8+ years of professional experience in relevant field (includes consulting & advisory)
  • 3+ years in leadership roles at global scale
  • Leading role in Shared Service Center setup (incl. backcharging models)
  • Strong in change management and communication (incl. visual storytelling)
  • Experience in leading discussions on Executive level
  • Business acumen and strategic thinker
  • Capability to break-down problems into solvable pieces
  • Certified in recognized PM standards (e.g. IPMA B /IPMA C) a plus
  • Intercultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Experienced in working in multinational setups managing the needs of various stakeholders within matrix organizations
