What you can look forward to as Team Lead - Catalog Data Management Europe & IMEA

  • Functional & technical leadership of a team (approx. 10 employees) in India location
  • Development and coordination of standard procedures, instructions, and documentation
  • Performance evaluations using standardized tools and methods
  • Catalog database maintenance and print catalog coordination (global scope, cross-functional alignment)
  • Coordination of catalog linkages (Europe/IMEA region) and continuous improvement initiatives

 

Your profile as Team Lead - Catalog Data Management Europe & IMEA

  • Master data update management (CDB, TecDoc standards) ensuring catalog integrity and compliance
  • Maintenance of central vehicle master data (CDB and PIMS alignment)
  • Interface with Sales, Category Management  Management, and IT for layout requirements and technical implementations.
  • Resource planning, recruitment, and deployment considering labor laws, and qualifications
  • Creation and maintenance of job descriptions and personnel requirements
  • Conducting employee interviews, including challenging conversations (e.g., performance reviews)
