Senior Executive Purchasing - Lubricants Commodity.

Your Tasks

• Identifying new suppliers based on internal Products development plan and sales requirements (Lube Commodity)
• Co-ordinating with Suppliers for RFQ of required parts and ensuring proper conclusion of RFQ in time
• Price and incoterms negotiation
• Co-ordinate for OE part availability & co-ordination with Product Management team for benchmarking & testing of product.
• Ensure Initial Part sample submission from supplier
• Co-ordinating VDA Audit plan for new suppliers with internal quality team
• Ensuring Audit action plan closing in time from local supplier with internal quality team
• Plan & develop strategic suppliers for each commodity
• Co-ordinating Purchase contract sign off with local suppliers
• Co-ordinating QD83,Supplier questionnaire documents and NDA sign off with new suppliers
• Ensuring product release in time with all the cross functional team. Escalate the issues well in advance to achieve the timelines
• Coordinate RFQ and Part supply to Global ZF partners
• Ensuring New Part creation, new packing material availability, Product Label, for all parts in co-ordination with Product Management
• Co-ordination with central purchasing team for other service requirement purchase orders & ensure packaging standardization etc

Required Profile:

• Any Diploma or Engineering graduate 
• Must have 4+ years of work experience in Purchase
• Must have commodity purchasing experience in Lubes & lubricant Commodities
