• Team Leadership and Manpower Planning
  • Supervising operators and technicians. Managing attendance, discipline, and performance. Motivating teams to achieve production targets.
• Production Planning & Scheduling
  • Ensuring production meets daily, weekly, and monthly targets.Allocating manpower and resources effectively.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making
  • Identifying production bottlenecks.Taking quick corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Communication Skills
  • Coordinating with production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and management teams.Conducting shift handovers and team meetings effectively.
• Technical Knowledge
  • Understanding manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.Basic troubleshooting of production issues.
• Performance Monitoring
  • Tracking KPIs such as OEE, productivity, rejection rate, and downtime.Preparing production reports and analysis.

Your Profile as Senior Engineer – Production ::

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering  or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in team management and shop-floor operations.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement practices
