About the team
This Job Role is part of Job Family "Production-Engineering and Technical Support" / Sub-Job-Family "Controls Engineering" 
 
Your Tasks:
•    Responsible for manufacturing processes by designing, developing
•    Implementing by applying knowledge of product design, Assembly, Machining, fabrication, tooling, and materials.
•    Participate in cross functional team to optimize manufacturing process and Process Engg for new product development projects.
•    Should have good Knowledge of MIG /MAG welding.
•    Should have good skill for trouble shooting of welding issues online.

Your Profile:
•    Should have hands on work experience for MAG welding trails.
•    Knowledge about – Fronius power source & Panasonic robot power source. 
•    Experience in Digitization of process and Industry 4.0.
•    Knowledge of outer tube & piston rod welding, Hydraulic assy & Final assy - Tool & Fixture design and manufacturing feasibility.
•    Preparation of process documents PFMEA, PFD, CP & WI, driving process parameter through process validation.
•    Lead in developing new machine, processes etc. Know-how of types of sensors, its application and knowledge of pneumatics required 
•    Process improvement through cycle time reduction, process capability study Cp&Cpk
•    Implementation of lean manufacturing in shopfloor 
•    Initiating & executing Low-Cost Automation, VAVE projects & Kaizen 
•    Awareness and participation in regional customer new model readiness (APQP) audits.
•    Reduction in internal & customer PPM
•    Basic awareness of IATF, VDA, OHSAS and ISO 14001 management systems
