About the Team: 

Member of CE Strategy & Services team enabling almost 200 operative Cost Engineers and 300 Controllers working on a defined, standardized platform for transparent cost calculations

What you can look forward to as Senior Engineer – Costing:

• Administrate TcPCM system for license management, error resolution, user rights, database management, and all other challenges that might occur during ramp-up and steady-state of the new system
• Independent further development and optimization of system and processes to exceed users’ needs, collaborate with external system partners to drive tool improvement
• Create and maintain a worldwide concept for defining and administrating master data (definition of sources, standards, processes, etc.): Setup plant and segment specific data from ZF plants, and maintain their accuracy as per request from divisional Controlling
• Standardize tool usage of Siemens TcPCM in relation to ZAC project (e.g. create manuals, templates, etc.) for all users
• Support implementation of ZAC project (functions, test cycles, etc.) by providing technical guidance to the TcPCM system, its abilities and limitations
• Onboard and train staff for TcPCM usage and maintenance (first level support) across all ZF divisions and in corporate
• Managing and steering of local, international, and cross functional projects for the CE Strategy & Services team with focus on digitalization

Your Profile as Senior Engineer – Costing:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering
• 3-5 years of Work experience in IT with focus on systems administration (ideally related to Cost Engineering)
• Knowledge on product cost and product cost calculation (Cost Engineering) and manufacturing technologies is an advantage
• Generic knowledge on TcPCM or other cost calculation software
• Supportive, ability to work in teams, strong communication/Networking skills in an local & international context
• Resilience to working under pressure in case of system failure or issues
• Knowledge in Project Management and intercultural skills for collaboration with colleagues from all over the world
