What you can look forward as Regional Sales Manager - East (Aftermarket)

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to optimize sales efforts.
  • Identify growth opportunities and new markets within the region.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams across the region.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback and guidance.
  • Organize and lead team meetings to align on sales goals and best practices.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and track regional sales performance against targets.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Utilize CRM and other tools to manage sales data and forecast trends.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product, and operations, to align on strategies.
  • Coordinate with other regional managers to ensure consistency in sales efforts and best practices across regions.

 

Your Profile as Regional Sales Manager - East (Aftermarket)

  • Any bachelor’s degree graduate with min. 12+ years of experience in IAM (Independent Aftermarket) Auto Parts Sales (PC Segment)
  • Strong experience in Team handling & stakeholder management skills
  • String exp. in Channel sales/Distributor management
  • Strong knowledge in Automotive PV segment
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
