About the team
The main objective of the Project Management Analyst is to provide the 1st level support to the international community of Project Managers and Project Management Leaders. In addition to this prioritized task, a number of defined back-office tasks are to be delivered. These tasks originate mainly in the area of Project Management tools, systems & processes.

What you can look forward to as Process & Training

• Voice of PL PM and Division PM for strong connection, collaboration and harmonization 
• Understand needs, gaps and targets of assigned PL to facilitate discussion in Division to further define and develop processes, methods, and guidelines for program management 
• Process Expert for assigned PL PM 
• Lead training and roll-out of processes and guidelines for program management 
• Supports Data Solutions for standardization and digitalization of PM methods and tools 

Your Profile as Process & Training

• Experience with one or more project management methodologies 
• Project management skills, experience and knowledge of project planning tools 
• Consulting for PM processes and methods for PL PM Heads 
• Support to define and provide PM reports and KPIs 
• Identify & implement best practices and ensure continuous improvement
