ZF Test Systems specializes in developing and producing test benches for on- and off-road mobility. With over 35 years of experience, they focus on validation and development test facilities to enhance the quality of driveline, active chassis, tires, wheels, and brakes, contributing to improved safety and comfort for drivers.The company operates globally, across various locations in Asia, Europe, and the US.

What you can look forward to as Manager / Senior Manager Sales -Test systems:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Your Profile as  Manager / Senior Manager Sales -Test systems:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience of Sales (10-15 Year) in a similar Industry of testing Equipment .
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
• Strong Networking in Indian Automotive OEM’s as well as testing agencies.
