Junior Analyst - PMO

About Team:

PMO will support the Corporate PMO in project governance, reporting, and coordination activities across automotive programs. This role offers hands-on exposure to project tracking, risk management, stakeholder communication, and PMO process standardization within a structured PMO CoE framework.

What you can look forward to as a Junior Analyst:
•    Support project status tracking, milestone monitoring, and KPI reporting
•    Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and management presentations
•    PM tool related End user support
•    Support implementation of standardized PMO processes, templates, and frameworks
•    Ensure compliance with stage-gate and governance models
•    Assist in conducting internal PMO audits and health checks
•    Maintain repository of best practices and lessons learned
•    Ensure compliance with PMO processes, templates, and governance standards
•    Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO

Your profile as a Junior Analyst:

•  Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial / IT) Preferred Any Batchlor Degree full time
or Management (Operations / Project Management)
•    3-5 years of experience 
•    Basic understanding of Project Management principles
•    Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting
•    Familiarity with PM Tools / Power BI (preferred)
•    Basic understanding of automotive project lifecycle (preferred)
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
