Responsibilities

• Clarification of customer demands for new solutions
• Plan, introduce, customize, manage, and support projects and products for Digital Productivity solutions mainly based on Microsoft technologies but also 3rd party tools and software (Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Viva, Office AddIns, Office related software, eSignature solutions)
• License management for software products
• Independent processing of 2nd and 3nd level support issues (expert level)
• Contact the user and troubleshooting / resolve the problems remotely
• Administration, maintenance, monitoring, and support of Digital Productivity solutions
• Documentation of the changes made to the services and functionalities
• Consulting of users in the use and customization of Digital Productivity solutions
• Carry out trainings on the use of Digital Productivity solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or Economics
• Skills in dealing with Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot and related 3rd party tools (eSignature) and software
• Ability to work in an international and virtual team environment
• Good didactic / teaching skills
• Sociable
• independent work
• Negotiation level English language knowledge and if possible at least basic German skills
• willingness to travel
