Leadership Role accountable for People Development along with Responsible for overall India Operation including Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Logistics, Quality, Warranty and most important for Manufacturing too.

 

Your Tasks:

  • Ensuring Annual Warranty Cost is below the defined Target Cost. Accountable for Overall Manufacturing Operation of Shocks in future Clutches, Brake Pads etc. Ensuring Manufacturing Business/Facility meeting all the defined KPI’s. Ensuring Manufacturing Operation Cost is under Control as per budget defined by Controlling.
  • Ensuring Complete Supply Chain function works smoothly to meet Business and Customers Requirements. Mentoring/Guiding Team to find alternate ways to cope up with existing SCM Challenges. Ensuring Parts Fill Rate more than 95%. Ensuring Import/Local Freight Cost is not exceeding given Annual Budget. Adhering Monthly, Annually Inventory Targets along with Inventory Turn Ratios
  • Keeping proper in touch with regional colleagues to get extended Support to the Local team/Business. Ensuring effective Warehousing Strategy to ensure supplies to Customers within 24 hrs. Ensuring effective handling of 3PL along with Controlling Overall Operation Cost as per defined budget by Finance/Business. Ensuring Health and Safety norms are followed at 3PL as per ZF Policy
  • Responsible for ensuring Business is running as per ZF Aftermarket DNA in terms of adhering QMS requirements. Accountable for implementation and ensuring all the Aftermarket India processes are defined as per Aftermarket Quality Policy
  • Ensuring Proper required Support to the Customers by providing solution for under Warranty Products, leading Warranty dept. by adhering compliances and Approval Matrix
  • Ensuring EHS norms are followed as per ZF guidelines. Responsible for Nurturing of the Teammates and developing the Future Leaders and paving the paths for them to grow in future

 

Your Profile:

  • Preferrably a Mechanical Engineer, MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management is good to have.
  • At least 14-20 years of overall professional experience in Automotive Industries. Should have worked min. 4 years in Leadership Role.
  • Experience in Automotive Aftermarket Business is preferred, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good team player who is proactive and independent
