About the team

ZF Test Systems develops and produces test benches for on- and off-road mobility. For more than 35 years we have been specialists for validation and development test facilities for transmissions and axles, E-mobility. battery testing and much more
With our validation and development test facilities, we improve the quality of driveline, active chassis, tires and wheels as well as brakes and thus contribute to enhanced safety and comfort for the driver. Our product range covers the full span from individual test benches to complete test lines

Your Tasks:

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business unit, leading the organization of ZF Test Systems India at locations in line with the global Business Unit IT Strategy and processes
• Focuses on Outside Sales/Commercial Management, Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, Customer Service, Engineering Change Management, Business Planning/Scheduling, and Inside Sales
• Ensures the successful installation/commissioning of test equipment at customer locations (internal and external)
• As a next step after establishing local business develop and maintain a local engineering and assembly team to develop and design local engineered sub-components including assembly area to complete test systems
• Develop a local partner and supplier network
• Promotes continuous improvement in the operations through the life-cycle of all test systems

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's graduate with minimum 12+ years of work experience
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills in international environment
• Strategic thinker, able to develop strategies to accomplish goals and to learn new skills
• Strong management and leadership skills (Highly Ethical). Able to build/dev. strong team
