Executive Sales

Your Tasks:

 

  • Manage Back office activities of Sales & Application – Sales process, Navision, receivables management, IATF documentation and audits, Reports, others
  • Order processing in ERP system for Div. T, Div. P and others as per procedure Tracking & of customer PO – new / amended and updating SO accordingly
  • Payment tracking, follow-up, and on-time escalations (Internal & External) & Work with Controlling and Customer Finance team for accounts reconciliation
  • Sample dispatch support to customers and other ZF locations, Coordination with SCM team for MRP and order generation
  • IATF document preparation, process information and ability to handle audits with or without support from Sales / Application team members as deemed, ensure adherence of processes by team members & Follow ups with Sales & Application teams for monthly reporting and organize KAR meetings 

 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Graduate in Commerce / Science or Diploma with 4 to 6 Years working experience.
  • Must have good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office, Outlook & ERP
  • Experience in Invoice Management & Accounts Receivables
  • Experience of handling back office jobs
  • Good communication skills – Oral & Written – English & Ability to work effectively in CFT
