Position : Digital Fleet Services Strategy Leader (Graded Role)
Reports to : VP Aftermarket India, MEA, CIS

Location : Pune
Key Purpose : Develop the vision and the strategy for the organization to lead the digitalization of the automotive aftermarket in all customers segments in the region through relevant digital solutions for fleets.
Your Tasks:
- Develop the vision and the strategy for the organization to lead the digitalization of the automotive aftermarket in all customers segments in the region through relevant digital solutions for fleets and vehicle owners/operators, in coherence with the Global Digital Services Strategy.
- Identify regional strategic partnership to strengthen and extend digital competencies, and to create a network effect stimulating an exponential scaling of customers & build a unique relevance of our business into the market.
- Lead and drive the initial planning and implementation of the regional business profitable growth strategy. Maximize the halo effect in benefit of other ZF business lines in the creation and deployment of the Business strategy.
- Support the PC BL, CV BL, Industrial/ New-mobility BL in the deployment of connected and/or digital services across the region.
- Build effective Go-To-Market and marketing strategies for the region, ensuring positive differentiation towards competition.
- Collaborate with internal and/ or external stakeholders to develop a future-proof product & technology roadmap to scale efficiently towards new digital horizons.
- Identify, mobilize and develop digital talents in the region, build an accountable, collaborative, diverse, entrepreneurial and passionate team.
Your Profile:
- Business leadership experience gained with relevant and proven skills in setting up and growing businesses through partnerships and organic growth.
- Strategic understanding of key business drivers, value creation and customer dynamics within the regional Aftermarket, and proven capability to translate strategy into clear, concrete targets and engaging teams towards successful delivery.
- High strategic and tactical thinking skills.
- Driven and self-starter, customer obsessed, focused on identifying opportunities having the tenacity and energy to build the necessary bridges to make it happen.
- Strong global networking skills with ability to build up trust relations with all stakeholders and internal knowledge owners across all businesses.
