Job Description Summary:
Drive adoption of Front End solutions across the region to maximize customer satisfaction and commercial impact. Drive customer life cycle communication programs by optimizing conversion funnels, and optimizing and managing our marketing automation programs.
Job Description:
•    Create, adapt, own and execute regional strategy for Digital Front-End Solutions (i.e. online ordering platforms, marketing automation), tools, processes & routines in alignment with global strategies and regional stakeholders
•    Define, adapt, own, manage and improve customer life cycle management campaigns, innovative digital platforms for all customer segments – distribution, workshops, end customers taking accountability for customer adoption & success.
•    Act as partner to the global Commercial Excellence team to ensure reflection of “voice of the region” on global level and to share best practices to other regions
•    Define, analyze, share and follow up relevant performance KPIs and engage/coach/train interdisciplinary stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Excellence Functions, Domain Functions, Business Lines) with routines to achieve regional excellence in efficiency with a focus on customer experience
•    Manage a team of appointed “country champions” to drive country-level roll-out, usage and support of Digital Front-End Solutions
•    Identify and manage the web and online ordering UX improvements, prioritize and inform the development roadmap for execution together with the digital team.
•    Collaborate cross functionally with business, marketing, product and technical teams to execute intuitive user experiences for our customers and prospects on ZF AM web portals
•    Create and implement user research and testing methods/processes to gather feedback (Satisfaction Surveys, Feedback mechanism, NPS etc.) and translate into actionable outcomes
•    Manage the performance of our regional demand nurturing funnels, by effectively influencing all key decision makers that impact the success of demand generation programs.
•    Manage, optimize, track and analyze performance campaign data from email (nurture) campaigns, and use insights to improve email campaign and landing page quality scores 
•    Plan, manage, and roll out email and marketing automation plans, with defined goals using customer insight and analytical data.
 

Essential requirements:

  • Strong aftermarket business knowledge, project management skills with digital (ecosystem) & analytics acumen
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, change management and problem-solving skills in international (and virtual) teams
  • About 9 years of experience within digital marketing & marketing automation environment in a multi-region environment (certification is a strong plus)
  • Knowledge of how back-end systems such as CRM, marketing automation, profiles, access & entitlement integrate into the digital experience and associated business processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage digital and behavioral metrics and insights to drive business decisions or direction
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and customer facing functions with ability to translate user insight into actionable recommendations
  • Experience with Web analytics, A/B Testing tools, Online Survey tools / Online behavior capturing software desirable
