ZF Test Systems specializes in developing and producing test benches for on- and off-road mobility. With over 35 years of experience, they focus on validation and development test facilities to enhance the quality of driveline, active chassis, tires, wheels, and brakes, contributing to improved safety and comfort for drivers.The company operates globally across various locations in Asia, Europe, and the US.

• Development and CAD-design in the field of test bench technology
• Analysis of design requirements and concepts
• Focusing of design on functionality, quality and costs
• Built up 3D-CAD models and 2D-production drawings with BOM-management
• Carry out mechanical calculations for operational and machine safety
• Cooperation with project teams, specialist departments, suppliers and customers
• Carrying out HVAC Calculations for Test bed heat Load.
• Test Bed Layout Preparation.
• BOM Creation for the Test system Application and Vendors technical evaluation.
• Managing design reviews internally/ with customer.
• BOM Creation and Cost calculation for Local Proposals.
• DFMEA

Your Profile as Deputy Manager / Manager – Mechanical Design – Test Systems :

• University degree in mechanical engineering, technical product design or similar
• 10-12 Years Work experience in mechanical design, technical product design desirable
• Basics in mechanics, machine elements and production engineering as well as basic knowledge of drive train technology and machine dynamics
• Profound 3D CAD knowledge (preferred: PTC Creo/Pro-E)
• Good language skills in English
• Having experience in Testing Industry, Battery testing Facility experience is an added advantage.
