Your Tasks:
1.Responsible to support and execute global and regional access to Market (A2M) strategy within dedicated subzone
2.Drive pull through sales at workshop level by providing technical and network support using our services stand-alone and bundled services as ZF [pro]Tech workshop concept
3.Provide commercial and technical support for existing workshop network partners, as well as new partner acquisition - achieving set growth targets, member part sales targets and membership retention.
4.Planning and delivery of one-day and multi-day technical training courses for distributor, workshop partners and other customers of ZF
5.Handle technical enquiries received by ZF for all PC products and related mechanical / electrical systems to ensure full customer satisfaction.
6.Control and implementation of market actions in close coordination with other departments, as well as continuous market and competition monitoring at workshop level
7.Support and participate in local and national trade fairs and events
8.Technical support for warranty claims in the field in cooperation with the specialist departments
 
Your Profile:
§Robust distribution & service network knowledge of the PC IAM and/or OES aftermarket business segment
§Technical education (bachelor or higher) with strong sales skills, having 8+ years of work experierence.
§Customer-centric attitude based on outside-in perspective and strong knowledge of service and network needs for workshops and fleets
§Proven relationship management and influencing skills to lead a field force team and to communicate with workshop owners and mechanics, distributors and further stakeholders
§Good communication (English) and organizational skills as well as confident appearance and good IT skills (MS Office, SAP) required
