About the Team: 

The Business Process Management Team drives the needed activities to prioritize processes with the highest business impact and establish ownership for the agreed end-to-end processes. The BPM Team supports Business-nominated Process Owners in creating process models that are easy to understand, can be communicated in convenient ways and will create a positive business impact where executed (e.g. in the Regions around the globe). The team tracks progress of Business Process Management Architecture maturity and provides the single source of truth for the state of BPM of ZF Division B – Aftermarket. The Team is a part of a wider global Transformation Excellence function of ZF Division B. 

What you can look forward in Business Process Management :

•    Orchestrate the end-to-end workflow to model, release and publish business processes,
•    Document processes in a form of a BPMN diagram, based on existing process documentation (work instructions, manuals, desktop procedures) and discussion outcomes,
•    Maintain transparency on the status of processes (design and rollout status),
•    Determine the rollout maturity of processes based on valid frameworks,
•    Communicate status quo and rollout pipeline of processes in appealing and easy-to-understand ways,
•    Contribute to evolving Business Process Management (BPM) as a strategic enabler for the Aftermarket Division of ZF Group.Ready to travel extensively.

Your profile in Business Process Management 
•    3-6 Years of experience and qualification to work with the leading BPM tools (e.g. Signavio, Symbio, Visio, Aris) and workflow products,
•    Experienced in working in a project setting,
•    Systematic in tracking own work and diligent following-up on others,
•    Intensive experience in working with international organizations,
•    Passionate to create a business impact,
•    Superb English skills (written and verbal),
•    Experienced in working with advanced Excel.
