About the Team:

This Job Role is part of Job Family "Research&Development"  and includes jobs related to designing, implementing and documenting engineering systems or electronic control systems for automation of industrial tasks.

What you can look forward to as Assistant Manager Testing (Validation) :

• Validation /Testing for Transmissions & Axles for Off highway systems
• Good knowledge in the fields of failure analysis, service strength, statistical test planning
• Good Product knowledge 

Your profile as Assistant Manager Testing (Validation) :  

• Bachelor or Mechanical with experience 6-9 years of experience in Off highway Axles, wheel drive, transmissions and transferase .Strong in Product knowledge ( Axles, Transmissions)
• Good knowledge in the fields of failure analysis, service strength, statistical test planning
• Test planning and implementation in cooperation with Design/Engineering, Simulation, and Central Testing
• Evaluation, analysis, plausibility check, and documentation of the test results
• Implementation of monitoring tasks (e.g. B.: Product benchmarks, field analyses, customer complaints)
• On-site support of tests in cooperation with OEM and external partners at home and abroad
• Knowledge of different Manufacturing process .Able to perform in a team & independently as per requirement.
• Excellent Oral & Written communication skillsWillingness to travel for several days.German language (added advantage)
