Internship task ;

1. Scope ;

• Help in supplier selection & assessment process.
• Support in conducting market study

2. Task;

• Working with the suppliers & project team to ensure timely responses on queries
• Find out the contact info for the supplier
• Risk assessment for the potential supplier (financial) -
  • Able to read financial report . Candidate with background in finance / business will be advantage
• Analyze the data ;
  • Data collection from the questionnaire
  • Analyze & compile RFQ result from suppliers
  • Follow up with supplier on data / questionnaire update 
  • Maintain & update the supplier data
    • Data entry
    • Visualization of data using tools (ie powerBi, excel, etc)
• Analyzing the supplier clusters and sub-commodities via the inputs gathered from the questionnaire and supplier profiles
• Ability to automate the data collection & analysis would be an advantage

• Explore if there's any new potential suppliers (i.e - From internet , or any database)
• Review the current active suppliers list in commodity FF/SC and discover their footprint in ASEAN
• Keep track / update weekly project report , working on regular tracking and timely completion of the project
• Managing feedback and escalations from  suppliers
