Your Role:

Project Control

•    Issue the Blanket Purchase Orders for Directed Suppliers when directed buy letters are provided
•    Liaise with Commodity Purchasing to ensure the Blanket Purchase Orders are issued in a timely manner for the Controllable Supplier/Part
•    Issue Purchase Order for tooling and equipment to production material suppliers
•    Confirm the tooling payment for each tooling PO and coordinate with plant, supplier, and core development NPI
•    Enter sourcing cases in the sourcing system with correct cost and timing target from core development NPI
•    Ensure all the drawings and technical specifications are uploaded to the system for Handoff Complete to Commodity Purchasing in a timely manner

Purchasing System Maintenance

• Create case in SWAT system per program purchasing buyers handover
• Follow up and update SWAT case status in system with associated functional team, per program timing
• Report out/escalate to BU program purchasing head LAD & LAD to be cases on a weekly basis after x-functional team alignment
• Monitor/update other systems e.g. APQP, Supplyon etc. per request from program purchasing manager

Reporting & General

•    Submit/present reports on project status as and when requested by Program Purchasing manager
•    Support the program purchasing team on other projects as and when requested
•    Develop team members’ understanding of systems and continuous improvements.

Location of the role

•     Located in ZF MY Hub
•     Travel to ZF AP sites might be required

Your Profile:

•  Diploma/Degree from university, prefers to be in business administration, supply chain management, commercial,  Engineering/Technology related subjects
• Have experience with system maintenance, data analysis & reporting
• Min. 2 years work experience in international business, prefers to be in Automotive industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, being able to work with x-functional team and management team remotely.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• Ability to adjust and adapt into dynamic situations, problems, and tasks quickly, be flexible.
• Attention to details, proactive, assertive individual are welcomed
