What you can look forward to as Program Buyer – Aftermarket (m/f/d):

• Assess sourcing needs with the project leader for assigned programs/projects;
• Perform total cost analysis, preparing the basis for decision during the project execution phase (BOM cost, tooling, supplier development cost);
• Initiate and drive on-time sourcing activities for components as required to meet QCD targets for assigned programs/projects;
• Prepare, maintain, and report a consolidated view of the project from the Sourcing & Purchasing perspective;
• Order prototypes, tools, and samples required for assigned programs/projects;
• Provide support to the plant for all supplier / material issues for the assigned product group.

Your Profile as Program Buyer – Aftermarket (m/f/d):

• Degree in Engineering (Economics, Business Administration, industrial engineering, or related);
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sourcing and purchasing, project management with multiple suppliers/partners  (preferably within automotive);
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP and PLM would be an asset;
• Fluent in English and Polish, knowledge of German would be an advantage;
• Valid driving license B. Category;
• Analytical thinking and result orientation; ability to analyze and present a big amount of data; dealing with ambiguity;
• Good communication skills and assertiveness; cooperation with cross-functional teams.
