Product Cost Management and Cost Disclosure Expert

Your tasks:
• Lead Target Cost Management (cost & emission) based on best practice analysis and Target Costing (lead in setting of clear targets, coordination of projects to achieve targets);
• Consult and interface partners of domains (Development, Production, Purchasing, VA/VE);
• Define cost disclosure strategy based on sales strategy;
• Lead customer cost down workshops;
• Develop of best practice procedures and creation of a knowledge data base;
• Lead customer cost down workshops and support concept workshop.

Your background, skill requirements:
• Degree as Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent education;
• Several years of experience in program development, cost estimating or equivalent;
• Knowledge of different manufacturing processes (injection molding, stamping, galvanizing, assembling, die casting, webbings and fabrics production etc.);
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and manufacturing solutions;
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office;
• Fluent English language skills (speaking and writing), German is an advantage;
• Ability to work in diverse global teams;
• Availability for travelling.
