About the Team:

The Process Engineering team is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving final assembly processes for electronic products. The team works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure stable, capable, and efficient production lines. A strong focus is placed on process robustness, failure prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives. The team plays a key role in supporting new product launches and sustaining serial production performance

What you can look forward to as Process Engineer:

• Lead and execute Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and ensure effective implementation of control plans during serial production and new launches.
• Develop, implement, optimize, and support final assembly processes, including automated and manual assembly, dispensing, and curing operations.
• Monitor and improve process performance indicators such as FPY, RTY, OEE, and scrap through root cause analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Act as engineering owner of assigned production lines, ensuring process stability, capability, and compliance with technical requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and implement corrective and preventive actions to control failures and reduce manufacturing losses.
• Support new product introductions by defining process requirements, validating equipment, and updating technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects and medium- to long-term process enhancements.

Your Profile as Process Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Manufacturing preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in final assembly processes within the automotive electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, MSA, root cause analysis, and process capability studies.
• Experience monitoring and improving quality and efficiency metrics, including scrap reduction and failure control.
• Ability to lead technical activities on production lines from an engineering perspective, working closely with operations teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum 80%).
