Job Description

Key purpose is development & implementation of digital training methods & tools according to identified, expressed or future customer needs to ensure best customer learning experience.
What you can look forward to as eLearning Program Manager / Instructional Designer?:
•    E-learning creation as an instructional designer.
•    Value creation for customers and supporting ZF Aftermarket business strategies.
•    Plan number of modules and types of digital training offered based on Voice of Customer & Voice of Business.
•    Plan, prepare and organize successful Digital Learning program and platform.
•    Investigate new innovative training models or tools.
•    Integration of ZF learning platform into the digital concept of ZF solution hub.
•    Manage external resources to develop training programs.
Your profile as elearning Program Manager / Instructional Designer?:
•    Experience in creating robust digital learning programs.
•    Know-How about Learning platforms, YouTube, social media, didactic and training methods around digital training.
•    Experience in Salesforce and/or Docebo is a plus.
•    Experience in data analytics.
•    Experience as facilitator in Webinars.
•    Customer oriented with commercial mindset.
•    Curiosity, constant learning and self-development.
•    Project management skills.
•    Ability to work in an international environment.
